Terms of Service
These Terms set out the general conditions of the IT and web development services provided by Korelvision.
1. The provider

2. Scope of services
Website and online store development, mobile app and custom software development, system integration, hosting and related IT services, as agreed individually between the parties.
3. Orders and contract
An enquiry is followed by an individual written offer stating the task, the timeframe and the fee. The contract is formed when the offer is accepted in writing.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the individual offer. Invoicing and payment terms follow the contract; any applicable tax is shown separately in the offer.
5. Delivery and cooperation
Work is delivered on the schedule set in the contract; the client provides the required data and access in reasonable time. Progress can be followed on the agreed channel.
6. Withdrawal and termination
The parties may withdraw or terminate under the conditions set in the contract; the provider is entitled to the fee for work already done.
7. Warranty and liability
The provider warrants delivered work as required by law and the contract. The extent of liability is governed by the contract and applicable law.
8. Complaints and misc.
Complaints can be sent to office@korelvision.com. Matters not covered here are governed by the law set out in the parties’ contract.
