This notice describes how personal data submitted on korelvision.com is processed, in line with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process
When the contact form is submitted: the name, email address, phone number (optional), the selected topic and the message. Technical data required to run the site (e.g. IP address, request time) in the server log.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is to answer the enquiry and to make contact. The legal basis is the data subject’s consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and the legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention period
Enquiry data is kept until the contact is closed, or — where a contract is concluded — for the period required by law (e.g. accounting rules), after which it is deleted.
5. Processors
The website relies on a hosting provider and a mail provider that act as data processors. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data, and data portability; consent can be withdrawn at any time. Requests can be sent to office@korelvision.com.
7. Remedies
A complaint may be filed with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH) or with a court.
